The investment varies from client to client. My regular clients are hitting a minimum of $300/month.
Currently, I am the main person creating for my clients. However, I do have 2 part-time contractors who help me out as needed with tasks. As my client list expands and my client requests grow, I hope to expand my team to meet the needs!
It depends! One of the things we will discuss on our initial phone call is how little or big of a role you want to play in the day-to-day. I have some clients that make their own requests and some I create solely for based on analytics and keywords.
This is why we hop on a discovery call as this varies from client to client. On our phone call, we will discuss the areas you are struggling to keep up with and are needing help with. From there, we will come up with the services that will match your brand's needs and budget.
Outside of the initial phone call, I use both emailing and text messaging. For my daily clients, I find that texting can be one of the easiest ways to communicate for those updates that I need to see quickly.
Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4 pm CST.
We aim to respond to current clients within a couple of hours. All new inquiries will be responded to within 48 hours.
Invoices are sent through QuickBooks at the beginning of the month for the previous month. You can pay through your bank, credit card/debit card, or PayPal.
Yes, you can. If we have room in our current schedule, we love to grow our services for our current clients.
Yes, I have contracts that include the agreed-upon terms from both parties discussed on our initial phone call.
